We understand that some of you may need assistance during these challenging times and we are here to aid you with your loan/financing facilities through a comprehensive repayment assistance and development support programme.


URUS


  • URUS is a holistic assistance package to assist vulnerable borrowers/customers with prolonged cash flow difficulties due to COVID-19
  • It offers repayment assistance and development support, comprising personalized financial plans(including the option for 3 months interest/profit waiver only), financial education programmes, and avenues for income supplementation and other support via referrals to the Social Synergy Network.

For Housing Loan/Financing, ASB Loan/Financing, Hire Purchase/-i, Personal Loan/Financing, and Credit Card/-i, packages available under URUS are as follows:
Package 1: 3 months interest / profit / actual management fee waiver only; OR
Package 2: 3 months interest / profit / actual management fee waiver and reduced instalment for a period of up to 24 months

Loan/Financing under URUS will be identified in your Central Credit Reference Information System(CCRIS) credit report. This will facilitate follow-up and monitoring by AKPK and the banks I order to provide any further support that you may require.

URUS is an opt-in loan payment support programme and is available for all B50 borrowers/customers who are currently under the banks' Flood Relief Assistance programme. These customers may apply for URUS upon the expiry of the flood relief assistance or until 31 July 2022, whichever is earlier.

IMPORTANT – The required documents listed in the table below together with Flood Relief Assistance Letter of Offer, must be emailed to RHBURUS@rhbgroup.com upon submission of the URUS e-Form. The subject header of the email must contain your Full Name and IC Number. Otherwise, the application will be deemed as CANCELLED.

You are required to submit documentary evidence of loss/reduced income.

  Salaried Earners Self Employed
Pay cut / Reduced Income of ≥50%
  • 1-month salary slip / payment voucher / commission statement before & after reduction of pay from 2020 to 2021 and latest* month salary slip with reduction of pay; OR
  • Detailed 2020 & latest detailed 2021 EPF statement; OR
  • Salary Crediting Bank Statement reflecting before & after reduction of pay from 2020 to 2021 and latest* month bank statement; OR
  • Income tax return form for 2 years - FY2019 and FY2020 reflecting reduction of pay.
  • Company bank statements reflecting income deterioration from 2020 to 2021 and latest* bank statements;
  • Income tax return form for 2 years - FY2019 and FY2020
Loss of Employment / Income
  • Letter of Termination / Retrenchment (Loss of Employment); OR
  • Detailed 2020 & latest detailed 2021 EPF statement showing no contribution; OR
  • Bank statement where income is normally received –1 month with income
  • Winding up searches; OR
  • SSM Company closure document
Note:
  • For household income, please include spouse’s income documents
  • Latest* refers to the latest 3 months’ documents that are available

 

I have filled up the URUS e-form with wrong information / would like to change my reply in e-form. What should I do? Kindly submit a new URUS e-Form application as replacement.

The required documents must be emailed to RHBURUS@rhbgroup.com immediately upon submission of the URUS e-Form. The subject header of the email must be completed with your Full Name and IC Number. Failing which the application will be deemed as CANCELLED.

  • If you are already under the Bank’s Flood Relief Assistance programme, you may apply for URUS upon the expiry of the flood relief assistance or until 31 July 2022, whichever is earlier.

You may also contact AKPK at 03-26167766 for advisory and assistance under the various AKPK programmes such as Debt Management Programme (DMP) or Financial Resilience Support Scheme (FIRST)

  • ◦ Perusahaan Mikro, seperti yang telah didefinisikan oleh SME Corp, dengan kemudahan pinjaman / pembiayaan berjumlah sehingga RM150,000

Permohonan untuk Program Bantuan Pembayaran Bersasar ini dibuka mulai 23 November 2020.
