Existing RHB Insurance customers who have purchased fire insurance for both personal and business purposes.*

How to claim?
(i) For claims amount below RM10,000.00
Notify RHB Insurance on the natural disaster loss claim you will be making.

Book a site visit appointment with an appointed adjuster to discuss on the claim.

Sign the acceptance letter in mutual agreement.

Process is complete upon receiving the payout.

(ii) For claims amount above RM10,000.00
Notify RHB Insurance on the natural disaster loss claim you will be making.

Book a site visit appointment with an appointed adjuster to discuss on the claim.

Sign the final or interim acceptance letter. The interim payout is capped at 30% for claims more than RM30,000.00. Subject to terms and conditions of policy and approval.

Process is complete upon receiving the remaining final payout.

Submit your documents in full (claim documents, vehicle registration card, a copy of your National Registration Identity Card (MyKad), driving license, police report and cover note).

Workshop submits an estimate and repairs the vehicle.

Collection of the repaired vehicle from the workshop.
