NOTICE: DELAY IN AVAILABILITY OF E-STATEMENTS

Dear Valued Customers,

We would like to inform you that we are currently enhancing the security features of our e-statements to ensure the safety and security of your personal information. As such, there will be a delay in the availability of your monthly / quarterly e-statement ending June 2021.

This delay shall affect the following accounts:

  • Conventional & Islamic Company Current Accounts (SME / Commercial / Corporate)
  • Conventional & Islamic Fixed Deposit
  • Conventional & Islamic MCA
  • Conventional & Islamic Debit Cards
  • Conventional & Islamic Savings Accounts
  • Conventional & Islamic Easy

We will strive to have these e-statements available from 20 July onwards, which would then be e-mailed to you or be made available for download on RHB Now Internet Banking.

If you require details of your transactions urgently before 19 July 2021, please email customer.service@rhbgroup.com for assistance or alternatively, you may visit any of our RHB Bank / RHB Islamic Bank branches.
