Wait for the RHB Insurance Roadside Assistance appointed tow truck. Important: Do not engage with other tow truck operators who may be roaming the accident scene.
Lodge a police report.
Our tow truck operators will bring your car to the police station.
Important: Police report must be lodged within 24 hours of the accident.
Arrange for your car to be towed to a panel/franchise workshop via RHB Insurance Roadside Assistance.

Making a claim.
Now that your vehicle is being repaired at the panel workshop,
follow these simple steps to make your claim.
Step 1:
Get your documents ready.
You’ll need:
  • A copy of your RIMV / ROC / Vehicle registration card
  • A copy of your NRIC (driver and owner)
  • A copy of driver’s driving license
  • A copy of the police report
  • A copy of your policy / cover note


Step 2:
Submit your documents via the following channels to process the claim:


Step 3:
Insurer appointed adjuster will review/approve your case.
All you have to do is wait for the workshop to contact you once your car is ready.
