Campaign is from 15 October 2025 until 31 December 2025, both dates inclusive or upon reaching campaign target, whichever comes first. Placement is applicable over-the-counter and must be made with new funds only. Upon maturity, the Fixed Deposit (“FD”) / Commodity Murabahah Deposit-i (“CMD-i”) shall be automatically renewed to an ordinary FD/CMD-i with the same tenure at the prevailing board rate as per published in the RHB Banking Group website. Should there be an Overnight Policy Rate (OPR) change, the Promotional Rate and Effective Rate may be revised. Terms and Conditions apply.
  1. Minimum placement for FD/CMD-i is RM20,000 and RM500,000 for Current & Savings Account/-i. The maximum placement for FD/CMD-i is up to 1:1 against CASA/-i placement amount.
  2. The effective rate varies according to the FD/CMD-i placement amount, CASA/-i placement amount and type of participating CASA/-i.
  3. Both FD/CMD-i must be earmarked for 3 months.
  4. The FD promotional rate will not be entitled in the event the CASA/-i hold amount for any reason is cancelled, withdrawn or released in less than the predetermined CASA/-i hold period. Failing which RHB reserves the right at its discretion to accord the Eligible Participant’s FD Promotional Rate with RHB prevailing three (3) months FD board rates.
  5. The CMD-i promotional rate will not be entitled in the event the CASA/-i hold amount for any reason is cancelled, withdrawn or released in less than the predetermined CASA/-i hold period. Failing which the Eligible Participant(s) acknowledges and agrees that he/she waives his/her rights to claim the full selling price and accordingly, RHB shall pay based on the prevailing three (3) months CMD-i board rate.
  6. Should there be an Overnight Policy Rate (OPR) change, the promotional rates and effective rates may be revised, and the current Campaign may need to be terminated to be in line with the effective date of the latest or revised FD/CMD-i board rate.
