What is RHB Partners App?
RHB Partners App is an online platform where registered RHB Partners can refer their customer who is looking out for a financing facility to RHB. Our registered partners have the convenience of referring leads and be rewarded for each of their referrals.
Who can become an RHB Partner?
Any individuals who are the following are eligible to sign up as RHB Partners
- Registered Real Estate Agent
- Developer Sales Staff
- Insurance/Takaful Agent
- ePartner
- RHBIB Remisier
- RHBAM Agents
- Car Dealer
- Solicitor/Valuer/Company Secretary
Eligibility for the RHB Partners rewards is subject to successful registration. You will be notified via the notification notice in the RHB Partners App.
How can I become an RHB Partner?
It’s very easy to sign up for RHB Partners. All you need to do is download the RHB Partners Application from Google Play Store or Apple Store and follow these simple steps to sign up and starts to refer your customer to RHB:-
- Provide your basic information
- Take a picture of your NRIC and Business Card using the app
- Request One-Time-Pin (OTP) and accept the Terms and Conditions
- Register your favourite Mortgage Sales Consultant (MSC) by keying the MSC mobile number or if you don’t have one, you may select preferred sales office and the bank will assign a MSC to attend to your customer.
Once the above steps are completed you can start referring immediately and earn your rewards. Our Sales Consultant will pick up the customer on real time.
Do I need to collect the documents of my customer for submitting to the bank?
No you don’t have to.
All you need to do is to provide some basic information of your customer via the RHB Partners app.
How can I know if my referral is successful?
One of the key features of the RHB Partners app is that you will be updated on the status of each referral using our app. You will be notified from the submission of application until acceptance. You now have an easy way to track and claim your rewards.
As to protect the customer, the status of the referral will only be notified if the customer has provided their consent to share the information with you.
What are the RHB Partners’ rewards?
Just log into your Partners App account and tap on ‘View Referral Scheme’ to check on rewards detail.
When will I receive my Rewards?
You will be eligible for the RHB Partner rewards upon customer’s acceptance of the RHB offer (based on loan origination system update). Rewards will be credited into your registered RHB Bank account number. Don’t worry if you don’t have one now, you can always update your RHB Bank account details later via the app.
The rewards earned will only be credited into referrer’s account on a quarterly basis i.e. after the end of every quarter. Referrer who does not maintain any account with RHB Bank, their rewards earned shall be forfeited.
Your eligibility for the rewards is subject to successful recognition as a RHB Partners.
