RHB Now Mobile Banking is another channel for RHB customers to access to RHB Now Internet Banking via mobile devices i.e. smartphones or tablets.

Do I need to register for RHB Now Mobile Banking?

No. If you are an existing RHB Now Internet Banking user, you can start using RHB Now Mobile Banking application once it is downloaded onto your mobile devices. RHB Now Internet & Mobile Banking share the same username and password.

How can I subscribe to RHB Now Mobile Banking?

RHB Now Mobile Banking is specifically designed for the iPhone, iPad, Android and Java Based Phone. You must download the application designed for these different mobile devices.

  • For iPhone and iPad users, download 'RHB Now Mobile' directly from App Store
  • For Android users, download 'RHB Now Mobile' directly from Google Play

Once RHB Now Mobile app is installed in your mobile devices, you can login using your RHB Now Internet Banking username and password.

If my RHB Now Internet Banking ID has been locked, can i still login to RHB Now Mobile Banking?

No. You cannot login if your ID is locked. Please contact our RHB Customer Care Centre at 603-9206 8118 for assistance.

What is the best way for Android users to view the RHB Now Mobile Banking?

The RHB Now Mobile Banking is best viewed with the font/text size set at 'Small'. Please change your device settings accordingly for a better viewing experience.

How to add favourite accounts under My Favs?

  1. Login to RHB Now Mobile Banking App and go to My Favs.
  2. Click on '+Add Favs' for the list of registered favourite accounts.
  3. Select desired favourite account(s) and click on [+Add Favs] again. Thereafter, you may proceed with your transactions under My Favs.
*Please note that the list of registered favourite accounts can only be managed via RHB Now Internet Banking.

You may proceed to 'Other Services' tab to view the tutorials on the new features and functionalities introduced to RHB Premier customers at any time.
