ASNB operation hours are as below:

1. For non-transactional Services (24 hours daily)
   Non-transactional services are non-monetary services such as account linking maintenance, favourite accounts maintenance and balance enquiry (except during fund suspension period).
   
   
2. For ASNB fund top up (2:00AM to 9:00PM daily) 
   Please take note that the processing time below:-
   a)  ASNB Fixed Price Funds
   • If you've made transaction from 2:00PM to 9:00PM, it'll be processed immediately.
   
   b)  ASNB Variable Forward Price Funds
   • If you've made transaction before 4:00PM, it'll be processed after 2 business days.
   • If you've made transaction from 4:00PM to 9:00PM, it'll be processed after 3 business days.

No, you can't. Withdrawal and new ASNB fund investments must be performed over the counter at ASNB offices, RHB Bank and other agents.

For now, you can only make additional investments or top up through RHB Mobile and Online Banking.

The maximum amount follows the Investment Limit which you've set via Settings, and is based on fund availability. The minimum top up amount is MYR 1.00.

For Fixed Price Fund, MYR 1 will be charged by the Bank for all transactions regardless of investment amount and this amount will be debited from your RHB Current/Savings Accounts. This fee is not-refundable and is applicable to rejected transactions too.

For Variable Price Fund, there are no charges for the transaction.

Note: Sales charge is applicable to ASNB Variable Price Fund and it'll be deducted from your investment amount.

Example:

• You make a top up of MYR 100 to an equity Variable Price Fund which has a Sales Charge of 2%.
• MYR 100 will be debited from your bank account, but your net investment amount will be MYR 98 after deducting MYR2 of Sales Charge.

Your transaction may have failed due to the following reasons:
- Invalid ASNB Membership Number
- Invalid ID Number
- Total top up amount has reached the maximum individual limit or the daily transaction limit.
- Account Status
- The intended fund's units have been fully subscribed

Once you have consented to link your RHB Online Banking with ASNB account, your current investments will be automatically tagged to your new membership number and will be shown in the 'Own ASNB Accounts' section.

No, you can't as both ASNB and RHB Bank won't be able to reverse a successful transaction and won't be held liable.
