ASNB operation hours are as below:

    Please take note that the processing time below:-
    a)  ASNB Fixed Price Funds
    • If you've made transaction from 2:00PM to 9:00PM, it'll be processed immediately.

    b)  ASNB Variable Forward Price Funds
    • If you've made transaction before 4:00PM, it'll be processed after 2 business days.
    • If you've made transaction from 4:00PM to 9:00PM, it'll be processed after 3 business days.
No, you can't. Withdrawal and new ASNB fund investments must be performed over the counter at ASNB offices, RHB Bank and other agents.

For now, you can only make additional investments or top up through RHB Mobile and Online Banking.
The maximum amount follows the Investment Limit which you've set via Settings, and is based on fund availability. The minimum top up amount is MYR 1.00.

The Malaysian government has extended the Sales and Service Tax (SST) to fee-based financial services. 8% SST charge will be imposed on top of the current service charge of MYR 1.00 by the Bank for all ASNB Fixed Price fund transactions regardless of the investment amount. These charges will be debited from your RHB Current/Savings Accounts.

The service charge and SST are non-refundable. These charges still apply even if the transaction is rejected.

A sample calculation of the charges for ASNB Fixed Price Fund(s) is provided below:

Investment value: = MYR 50,000.00
Service Charge: = MYR 1.00
SST Amount: = MYR 1.00 x 8% = MYR 0.08
Total Payable Amount: = MYR 50,000.00 + MYR 1.00 + MYR 0.08 = MYR 50,001.08

Variable Price Funds have no charges, but ASNB Variable Price Funds include a sales charge plus 8% SST, which will be deducted from your investment amount. Find out more about sales charge here

Your transaction may have failed due to the following reasons:
- Invalid ASNB Membership Number
- Invalid ID Number
- Total top up amount has reached the maximum individual limit or the daily transaction limit.
- Account Status
- The intended fund's units have been fully subscribed
Once you have consented to link your RHB Online Banking with ASNB account, your current investments will be automatically tagged to your new membership number and will be shown in the 'Own ASNB Accounts' section.
No, you can't as both ASNB and RHB Bank won't be able to reverse a successful transaction and won't be held liable.

No, Auto Labur can't be reinstated after cancellation. However, you're welcome to set up a new Auto Labur schedule at any time.

Yes, Auto Labur works for minor accounts too! Authorised guardians can set it up for each minor and choose different schedules for different funds.
The scheduled investment will be skipped, and no money will be deducted. You may receive a notification about the failed transaction. To avoid missing investments, please ensure your account has sufficient funds before the deduction date.
