Live Chat
For security reasons, you'll need to log in from RHB Mobile Banking to use RHB Live Chat.
Live Chat is available from Monday to Sunday 9:00AM to 9:00PM MYT (UTC+8) including Malaysia public holidays.
At the moment, Live Chat is only available on RHB Mobile Banking.
You can:
• Report lost or stolen card and fraud activities or transactions
• Inquiries and request on RHB product and services 
Follow the steps below:
1. Launch the RHB Mobile Banking App on your device.
2. Tap Settings at the bottom of the Home screen.
3. Scroll down and select Live Chat.
4. Log in using your username and password.
5. Once you're on the Live Chat platform, type OK and send.
6. Choose your preferred option to get assistance.
