Live Chat
For security purposes, you'll need to log in from RHB Online Banking (when redirected) to use RHB Live Chat.
Live Chat is available from Monday to Friday 9:00AM to 6:00PM MYT (UTC+8) except weekends or Malaysia public holidays.
At the moment, you can only initiate Live Chat via RHB Mobile Banking. After logging in from RHB Online Banking, you'll be then redirected to the app to use the feature.
You can:
• Report lost/stolen card or fraud activities/transaction
• Enable Debit Card to be used for overseas and/or online transactions and purchases
• Change of Debit Card limit
• Replace your Credit Card

Follow the steps below:
1. Launch the RHB Mobile Banking App.
2. Tap the Hamburger menu.
3. Tap Get Support.
4. Tap the Live Chat widget on the bottom right of the screen.
5. Tap on the link to redirect to RHB Online Banking.
6. Key in your login details.
