Kwang Leh joined the Group in 2014 as the Head of IT Strategy and Enterprise Architecture and subsequently assumed various other roles within Group Technology. He brings with him over 30 years of experience in IT that includes core banking integration, IT strategy and planning, enterprise architecture, data and information management, IT security, technology risk management and IT governance.
Prior to joining RHB, he spent 13 years with Accenture as a technology consultant delivering IT projects and advisory across various industries. He started his career as a software engineer.

Prior to joining the Group, she was HR Director – Transformation and Enabling Functions at Coca-Cola BIG, where she led the people and change agenda for enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. Angus Salim was appointed as the Group Chief Sustainability Officer on 1 September 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Head, Sustainable Finance, Group Wholesale Banking. In his role as Head of Sustainable Finance, Angus led a team dedicated to supporting the Group and its clients in their sustainability initiatives. Angus has been instrumental in developing and implementing business plans to grow the Group’ s sustainable financial services and focused economic sectors, demonstrating his exceptional expertise and consistently achieving outstanding results.
Angus has over 30 years of experience in financial markets, having held senior leadership positions in Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, and London. Since joining RHB in 2013, he has led the Financial Markets Team and was appointed Group Treasurer in 2021, and served as Vice President of the Financial Markets Association Malaysia (FMAM).
Angus is a Chartered Fellow from the London Institute of Banking and Finance (LIBF) and Fellow Chartered Banker from the Chartered Banker Institute (CBI) and Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers (AICB). He is an alumnus of the Global Banking Leaders programme, Bayes Business School, University of London and Senior Leadership Programme, Insead Business School. Azman Shah heads the legal, secretariat, and governance functions within the Group. As the Group Chief Legal & Governance Officer, he provides guidance and acts as the guardian to the policies and principles of good governance, as well as anti-bribery and corruption. He also assumes the function of the Group Secretary and is accountable to the Board, through the Chairman, on all matters with regards to the formal functioning of the Board.
He shoulders the responsibilities as the Group Company Secretary, General Legal Counsel and also Chief Integrity and Governance Officer (“CIGO”) within RHB Banking Group.
Prior to employment with RHB Banking Group, Azman Shah practised as an Advocate and Solicitor after being admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 1991 and was involved in both corporate and litigation works before joining the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange [now known as Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Malaysia”)] in 1993. In Bursa Malaysia, he held various positions for more than 10 years and his responsibility ranged from legal advisory on clearing, settlement & depository, compliance to corporate and secretarial services.
