Quick Login & Authorisation allows you to log in using your fingerprint, Face ID or PIN without entering your password. You can also approve transactions securely using biometrics (fingerprint or Face ID).
For security, ensure only your fingerprint or Face ID is registered on your device.
If you choose to use PIN, it will be applied across all devices used to access RHB Mobile Banking. PIN can only be used for Quick Login and cannot be used to approve transactions. Any PIN changes will be reflected across all your devices.

Fingerprint and Face ID settings apply only to the device they are set up on, while PIN settings are applied across all your devices.

Yes, setting up Quick Login & Authorisation is currently optional. However, we recommend enabling it for faster login and more secure transaction approvals via Secure Plus.
If you choose not to set it up, you'll continue to receive reminders after logging in or completing a transaction.
Yes, you can set up Quick Login using a 6-digit PIN. PIN can only be used for login and can't be used to approve transactions.
It depends on your device's biometric capability. If biometrics is supported and enabled on your device, you'll be required to verify your identity using biometrics during setup. Otherwise, you can set up Quick Login using a 6-digit PIN.
If you've forgotten your password or unable to login due to multiple wrong password attempts, you may perform self-reset via 'Forgot Password/Unblock Username' on RHB Mobile and Online Banking.
