Temporarily Lock Card is a self-service security feature that temporarily locks your RHB Credit or Debit Card from transactions in order to protect your card from any unauthorised usage whether it is online or offline. You can access to this feature on both RHB Online and Mobile Banking.
You can use this feature on both RHB Online and Mobile Banking platform.
This feature can be found via Card Settings section.
When your card's locked, you won't be able to:
Perform cashless payments (e.g. FPX or e-Wallet payments)
Perform recurring payments (e.g. JomPAY billers)
Use ATM services (e.g. cash withdrawals or ATM-related services). This is applicable to Debit Card only.
You will still be able to:
Access RHB Online and Mobile Banking
Access your Current/Savings Account to perform transactions
Note: There may be annual card fee and service tax even though your card's locked.
Once you have successfully locked your card temporarily, you will receive a push notification and a inbox notification about the status.
There will also be a label on your card that indicates that the card is locked.
Yes you can. All you need to do is toggle off the feature in order to unlock the card.
