Tap Renew Card on your card face.
Choose your delivery address and review it.
Read the Terms & Conditions and complete Secure Plus Authorisation.
You’ll see a success message once your renewal is confirmed.
No. Your existing 6-digit PIN will still work, but we recommend updating it for added security.
Please ensure that:
Your current or savings account is active.
Your Debit Card/-i is valid and not blocked.
Your mobile number registered with RHB is up to date.
Your card is within 6 months of its expiry date.
To avoid any interruptions, please update your merchants with your new card number and expiry date.
No fees will be charged for card renewal and delivery within Malaysia, delivery charges is only applicable to overseas delivery.
Yes, your card number will remain the same, unless your current card type is no longer offered, in which case you’ll receive a new card with a new number.
No, you don’t need to opt in again. If you haven’t opted in before, we encourage you to do so for seamless online and overseas use.
