Card Activation

You can activate it easily through RHB Online or Mobile Banking after logging in.

Via Online Banking:

For Credit Card, Click Activate on your card from the dashboard or account page.
For Debit Card, Click on Activate Now on account details page.
Enter your card’s expiry month and year, set your PIN, and complete Secure Plus Authorisation.
Once done, you’ll see a success message confirming your card activation.

Via Mobile App:

Tap Activate Card on your card face.
Enter your expiry details, set your PIN, and complete Secure Plus authorisation.
You’ll get a success message once activation is complete.

For your security, all Credit or Debit Cards delivered by mail are inactive. Please activate your card once you've received it before using it for transactions.

If your renewed card has the same card number, just activate it and your PIN stays the same.
If you’re receiving a different RHB card type with a new card number (for example, from an RHB Visa Chibi Superman Debit Card to an RHB Visa Debit Card), you’ll need to activate it and set a new PIN.
