Statement
An electronic statement (e-Statement) is a digital version of your bank statement. You can easily access and download it through RHB Online Banking (for individuals) or RHB Reflex (for businesses).
As part of our commitment to sustainability and data security, starting 1st April 2025, the Bank will discontinue mailing paper statements and advices in phases. You can access your e-Statements via RHB Online Banking (for individuals) or RHB Reflex (for businesses). Printing of hardcopy statements will still be available at any of our branches. 

There are two options to access your e-Statements:

RHB Online Banking (for individuals) or RHB Reflex (for businesses):
Log in to your account and navigate to the statements section to view or download your statements.

Email Delivery :
The statement will be sent as a password-protected attachment to your registered email address. If you would like to receive your bank statements via email or if you have changed your email address, please contact the bank at https://www.rhbgroup.com/others/contact-us/index.html.

Alternatively, you can visit any branch to request printed copies of your statements.

Note:

  1. Fixed Deposit statement will only be generated when there are account transactions such as placement, withdrawal, upliftment, or renewal.

For RHB Online Banking:
You may view your e-Statement/e-Advice via RHB Online Banking portal.

  1. Log in to RHB Online Banking: https://onlinebanking.rhbgroup.com/

  2. Select ‘Accounts’ from the menu buttons

  3. Select the account type from the sidebar menu

  4. Select ‘Statement’ tab below the displayed account balance summary, then select your desired month.

If you do not have RHB Online Banking yet, you may register for online banking access via https://onlinebanking.rhbgroup.com/my/registration.

 

For RHB Reflex:

  1. Log in to RHB Reflex: https://reflex.rhbgroup.com/rhbcams/corporate/login.jsp

  2. From the menu bar, select Account Management.

  3. Choose eStatement Download.

  4. Select the account type follow by the Account Number, and the Month you wish to view.

If you do not have RHB Reflex yet, you may apply for RHB Reflex by downloading and completing the application form here and submit it to your domicile branch.

You can access your electronic statements for up to 13 months in RHB Online Banking or RHB Reflex.
If you were previously able to view your statements, this may be a temporary issue. Please try again later. If you have not been able to access your historical statements (up to 13 months) on RHB Online Banking, it might be because your statement delivery method was not configured for online access previously. For further assistance, please contact us at https://www.rhbgroup.com/others/contact-us/index.html.

To check your statement in your mailbox, please follow these steps:

  1. Inbox: Look for an email from rhb@stmts.rhbgroup.com in your inbox using the search function.
  2. Junk or Spam Folder: If you do not see the email in your inbox, check your junk or spam folder.
  3. Email Filters: Ensure that your email client filters are not blocking or redirecting emails from this address.
  4. Trusted List: Add rhb@stmts.rhbgroup.com to your trusted list to ensure uninterrupted delivery of your statements.
  5. Email Settings: Check your email settings to ensure that emails from this address are not being automatically deleted or archived.

Password Rules to Open Your Statement:

Individual Customer

Last 4 characters from MyKad / Passport + Date of Birth in YYMMDD format.
E.g.

  • If your MyKad number ends with 1234.
  • And your birthday is 10 Jan 1991.
  • Your password is: 1234910110
Non Individual Customer

Last 4 characters of Business Registration Number + Business Establishment Date in YYMMDD format.
E.g.

  • If your busines regsitration number ends with 123A.
  • And your business establishment date is 10 Dec 2000.
  • Your password is: 123A001210
Merchant customer

For merchant statement only. Last 4 digits of merchant ID followed by first 4 characters of company name
E.g.

  • If your merchant ID end with 4321
  • And the company name is UNIVERSAL SHOP SDN BHD
  • Your password is: 4321UNIV

Effective 31 December 2024 cycle, all RHB Loan / Financing statements for the following products will be delivered in a new format moving forward:

  1. Home Financing/-i

  2. Commercial Property Financing/-i

  3. ASB (Financing)

  4. Personal Financing/-i

  5. Term Loan/-i

  6. Auto Financing/-i

  7. Floor Stocking
