Report & Replace Lost Card
Report your lost card immediately to prevent any unauthorised transactions.
You can use the Report & Replace Lost Card feature on RHB Online or Mobile Banking after logging in.

Via Online Banking:
  1. Go to Accounts.
  2. Select your Credit or Debit Card account.
  3. Click Manage Card Settings → Report & Replace Lost Card.
  4. Follow the steps until you see a success message.

Via Mobile App:
  1. Tap Accounts.
  2. Select your Credit or Debit Card account.
  3. Go to Card Settings → Report & Replace Lost Card.
  4. Follow the steps until you see a success message.
Your current card will be blocked immediately and a new replacement card will be processed right away.

However for Debit Card/-i users, you'll still be able to access RHB Online and Mobile Banking and your Current or Savings Account to perform transactions.
It'll be delivered to your registered or preferred mailing address, based on what you selected during the Report & Replace Lost Card process.
A replacement fee may apply once your request is submitted. Please refer to our Service Charges & Rates for details.
For Debit Card/-i: Within 5 business days (West Malaysia), 10 business days (East Malaysia), or up to 30 business days for overseas delivery.

For Credit Card/-i: Within 7 business days (West Malaysia), 14 business days (East Malaysia or overseas).
