To change your authorised device, follow these steps:

If you have a previously authorised device

  1. Unlink the previous device via Settings > Security > Authorised Device > Remove Device.
  2. Download the latest RHB Mobile Banking App on the new device.
  3. Launch the app and log in to your account.
  4. Link the new device and follow the on-screen instructions.
  5. Activate Secure Plus via ATM.

If you don't have a previously authorised device:

  1. Download the latest RHB Mobile Banking App on the new device.
  2. Launch the app and log in to your account
  3. Link the new device and follow the on-screen instructions.
  4. Activate Secure Plus via ATM."

An authorised device is registered with Secure Plus and is the only device you can use to approve or reject online banking transactions. For security reasons, you can link only one device at a time.

You can do this via Settings > Security > Authorised Device > Remove Device on previous device or call Customer Contact Center for assistance.

Note: You can only authorise your device on the RHB Mobile Banking App.

You can do so via 'Settings' > 'Security' > 'Authorised Device'.

You'll be asked to link your device as an authorised device when you log in to the app for the first time.

Effective 21 September 2024, new users and those switching devices must activate Secure Plus via RHB ATM, following Bank Negara Malaysia's latest security measures.
First-time users and those linking a device to RHB Online and Mobile Banking must provide their ID and mobile number for validation. We will verify this information against our records before enrollment.
You can use any of your cards as long as they're valid.

No, you can't link your individual account to your business account as only one account can be accessed via your authorised device.
For security reasons, remove your device's access to the RHB Mobile Banking App via 'Settings' > 'Authorised Device' > 'Remove Device'.

Ensure that you set up your new device for RHB Mobile and Online Banking to approve or reject transactions that require authorisation.
Don't worry, your account information is secured as it's not stored on the mobile device after your login session but you'll need to call the Customer Contact Center as soon as possible to unlink your lost device. Thereafter, you'll be able to access the RHB Mobile Banking App with your new device after keying in your login details.

Alternatively, you can log in to RHB Online Banking and select Lock Account to temporarily lock your account from RHB Mobile and Online Banking so nobody can access your account.
