An electronic statement (e-Statement) is a digital version of your bank statement. You can easily access and download it through RHB Online Banking (for individuals) or RHB Reflex (for businesses).

There are two options to access your e-Statements:

RHB Online Banking (for individuals) or RHB Reflex (for businesses):
Log in to your account and navigate to the statements section to view or download your statements.

Email Delivery :
The statement will be sent as a password-protected attachment to your registered email address. If you would like to receive your bank statements via email or if you have changed your email address, please contact the bank at https://www.rhbgroup.com/others/contact-us/index.html.

You can access your electronic statements for up to 13 months in RHB Online Banking or RHB Reflex.

For RHB Online Banking:
You may view your e-Statement/e-Advice via RHB Online Banking portal :

1. Log in to RHB Online Banking: https://onlinebanking.rhbgroup.com/
2. Select ‘Accounts’ from the menu buttons
3. Select the account type from the sidebar menu
4. Select ‘Statement’ tab below the displayed account balance summary, then select your desired month.

If you do not have RHB Online Banking yet, you may register for online banking access via https://onlinebanking.rhbgroup.com/my/registration.

For RHB Reflex:

1. Log in to RHB Reflex: https://reflex.rhbgroup.com/rhbcams/corporate/login.jsp
2. From the menu bar, select Account Management.
3. Choose e-Statement Download.
4. Select the account type follow by the Account Number, and the Month you wish to view.

 

If you do not have RHB Reflex yet, you may apply for RHB Reflex by downloading and completing the application form here and submit it to your domicile branch.

If you could view your statement previously, this may be a temporary issue. Please try again later.

If you've never been able to view your statement on RHB Online Banking, this may be because your statement delivery method isn't configured for online access. For assistance, contact us at https://www.rhbgroup.com/others/contact-us/index.html.

Effective November 2024, all RHB Credit Card/-i, Charge Card/-i & Prepaid Card statements will be delivered in a new format. The new format will be as follows:

Yes, all RHB Conventional and Islamic Credit Card/-i, Charge Card/-i & Prepaid Card statements will move to the new format from November 2024 statement issuance onwards.

Yes, the existing sections of your statement will remain the same, but we have also added new sections with enhanced information to better serve you.

If you had opted for e-mail statements, you will continue to receive your statements at your registered e-mail.

However, there will be a few changes as follows:

You can only access card statements in RHB Online Banking or RHB Reflex from November 2024 onwards. For earlier statements, you can request them by visiting any RHB branch or contacting us.

Effective November 2024, all RHB Merchant statements will be delivered in a new format moving forward. The new format will be as follows:

You will continue to receive your Merchant statements via email, but from a new sender address. Please add this address to your trusted list to ensure uninterrupted delivery of your statements.
