Favourite

You can add Favourite accounts in two ways:

1. Via Settings:
- Go to ‘Settings’ > ‘Favourites’ in RHB Online Banking or the Mobile Banking App.
- Select to add a Favourite for Individual, Biller, or Top Up.

2. Via Payment:
- When making a payment, toggle on ‘Add to Favourites’ after entering the recipient’s details.

You can also check your Favourite profiles to see if they’re set for DuitNow Transfer (Instant) or Interbank GIRO (IBG). While adding Favourites, you have the option to set them as a Quick Link to pin them directly to your Home screen for faster access.

There's no limit on the number of Favourite accounts you can add.

With the Favourite feature, it allows you to add unlimited list of frequent billers, and recipients. For Quick Links, you can pick the top eight (8) favourite recipients/billers to add to the Home screen and perform Quick Pay after you've logged into the RHB Mobile or Online Banking.
