JomPAY

JomPAY is a national initiative, supported by Banks, to enable online bill payments across Malaysia. It lets you pay bills conveniently and securely via RHB Mobile and Online Banking. Just look for the JomPAY logo and Biller Code on your bill and pay using funds from your RHB Current Account/Savings Account or credit card.

Choose 'Pay Bills'.
Enter the Biller Code and the Ref-1 and/or Ref-2 (if applicable) as seen on your bill.
Enter the amount and accept the Standard Payer Terms.
Choose 'Next' to review the payment information.
Tap on 'Submit' to complete the payment.

Biller Code is a unique number to identify a JomPAY Biller.

Ref-1, which is printed next to the JomPAY logo, is a unique number used by your biller to identify your account or your bill.

If additional Reference Number (Ref-2) is required, it will be displayed on the bill.

You may make payments via your RHB Current Account/Savings Account, credit card, debit card and prepaid card. However, not all billers accept payment using cards.

JomPAY is free for users who are paying their bills.

Yes, you can add the biller as Favourite via 'Settings' > 'Account' > 'Favourites' > '+' > 'Bills' > 'JomPAY'.

Alternatively, you can also add a Favourite when you're paying a JomPAY biller by toggling on 'Add to Favourites'.

While you're adding your Favourites, you can also set them as a Quick Link which pins them to your Home screen.

Quick Links are eligible for Quick Pay, an additional feature that lets you make payment after you've logged into the RHB Mobile Banking App.

Yes, you can set up future dated or recurring bill payment to JomPAY billers if the bill reference number (Ref-1) is fixed for every billing cycle.

You may only pay one bill per transaction.

Ref-1 could be either fixed or variable depending on the billers. In most cases, Ref-1 is fixed.

This is because the biller has set the Ref-1 as dynamic, which means the account information changes from time to time.

The maximum daily limit allowed for online and mobile banking is MYR 50,000.

You may update your JomPAY daily limit by:
1. Select 'Settings' after logging in.
2. Select 'Account'.
3. Select 'Payment' under 'Transaction Limit'.
4. Then update your preferred JomPAY daily limit.
