Scheduled Payment

You can schedule payments easily using Schedule feature in RHB Mobile and Online Banking by following these steps:

1. Initiate your transfer as usual.
2. On the Transfer Details screen, toggle on 'Schedule' feature.
3. Select your preferred payment Date.
4. Choose your payment type:
a. 'Never' for a one-time future-dated payment.
b. 'Every Month' for recurring monhtly payments.
5. Verify the transaction details and click 'Submit'.

You may set up Recurring Payments to:
i) DuitNow Pay to Account
ii) DuitNow ID
iii) JomPay
iv) Own Credit Card Account
v) Own Mortgage Account

Yes, we'll notify you via Push Notification upon successful payment.

You must enable notifications on your linked device for RHB Mobile Banking App to receive timely notification on your payment status.

You can also view your recently processed Scheduled Payments in your transaction history listing from your source of fund account.

If your payment is unsuccessful, we'll notify you via push and email notifications.

You can view all submitted Scheduled Payments on RHB Mobile or Online Banking by following these steps:
1. Click on 'Settings' from Home page.
2. Select 'Scheduled Payments' to view all upcoming scheduled payments.

No, changes are not allowed once a scheduled payment has been set up.
If you wish to update the source account, payment date, or other details, please delete the existing scheduled payment and create a new one via 'Settings' > 'Scheduled Payments'.

For Scheduled Payments deleted before the processing date or auto-disabled by the system, you'll receive the notifications in your Inbox.

You can delete and cancel a scheduled payments on RHB Mobile or Online Banking and follow these steps:
1. Click on 'Settings' at the top right of the Home page.
2. From the left menu, select the “Accounts” tab.
3. Scroll down to the 'Scheduled Payments' section to view upcoming payments.
4. Select the payment you wish to delete.
5. Click on the “Delete” icon at the top right of the screen and confirm the selection.

The scheduled payment will be executed with unsuccesful status. Youl'll receive the notification in your inbox.
