Scheduled Payment
For Future Dated Scheduled Payment:
Initiate the transaction as usual, in Payment Details screen, just select the preferred future transaction date for Payment Date field.

For Recurring Scheduled Payment:
Initiate the transaction as usual, select 'Enable Recurring' toggle in Payment Details screen and enter the preferred recurring duration.
You may set up Recurring Payments to:
i) DuitNow Pay to Account
ii) DuitNow ID
iii) JomPay
iv) Own Credit Card Account
v) Own Mortgage Account

Yes, we'll notify you via Push Notification upon successful payment.

You must enable notifications on your linked device for RHB Mobile Banking App to receive timely notification on your payment status.

You can also view your recently processed Scheduled Payments in your transaction history listing from your source of fund account.
If your payment is unsuccessful, we'll notify you via push and email notifications.

Log in to RHB Online Banking and follow these steps:
1. Click on 'Settings' on top right of Home.
2. Select 'Accounts' tab from the left banner.
3. Scroll down to 'Schedule Payments' section to view your upcoming Schedule Payments.
No, you can't.

If you wish to change your source of fund account, payment date or any other details, please delete the Scheduled Payment and set up a new one.
For Scheduled Payments deleted before the processing date or auto-disabled by the system, you'll receive the notifications in your Inbox.
