Fund Transfer

You can transfer funds via RHB Online and Mobile Banking to the following accounts:

- Own RHB accounts
- Third-party accounts in RHB Bank
- An account in another bank/e-Wallet that supports DuitNow Transfer via Account Number
- An account in another bank/e-Wallet that supports DuitNow Transfer via DuitNow ID

You can transfer funds via Interbank GIRO (IBG) to most banks. However, transfers to digital banks and e-Wallets aren’t supported.

Select the account under 'Pay To Account/Own Accounts'.
Enter the amount and transaction description (optional).
Choose 'Next'.
Verify the transaction details and choose 'Submit'.

You can transfer funds to other banks or e-Wallets using DuitNow Transfer (Instant) or Interbank GIRO (IBG), depending on the recipient’s bank or e-wallet support.

To make a new payment:
1. Log in to RHB Online Banking or RHB Mobile Banking.
2. Select ‘DuitNow/Transfer’ > ‘via Account Number’.
3. Choose the recipient’s bank or e-Wallet.
4. Enter the Recipient's Account Number.
5. Select the Payment Method:
- DuitNow Transfer (Instant) – Funds transferred immediately.
- Interbank GIRO (IBG) – Funds received based on processing time.
6. Enter the amount and recipient’s reference.
7. Tap ‘Next’, verify the details, and submit.

To transfer using a saved Favourite:
1. Log in to RHB Online Banking or RHB Mobile Banking.
2. Select ‘Transfer’ and choose the saved Favourite.
3. Enter the transfer details and tap ‘Next’.
4. Verify the details and submit.

You’ll be notified when payment due date is near. When you receive this notification, choose 'Pay Now'.

Alternatively, you can also follow these steps:

Choose 'Pay' at the 'Credit Card' section.
Enter the preferred amount you’d like to pay.
Choose 'Next' to review the payment information.
Select 'Submit' to complete the payment.

If you're making a new payment, just log in to RHB Online Banking or RHB Mobile Banking and follow these steps:
1. Select 'DuitNow/Transfer' then 'via Account Number'.
2. Select the bank/e-Wallet of your choice.
3. Enter the recipient's account number.
4. Enter the amount you’d like to transfer and recipient’s reference.
5. Choose 'Next'.
6. Verify the transaction details and submit.

Alternatively, you can also select the account to transfer to from your Favourites. All you need to do is just log in to RHB Online Banking or RHB Mobile Banking and follow these steps:
1. Select 'Transfer'.
2. Select the Favourite and enter the transfer details.
3. Choose 'Next'.
4. Verify the transaction details and submit.

Interbank GIRO (IBG) transfers are not instant.
- Transfers made before 5:00PM: Funds will be credited on the same business day.
- Transfers made after 5:00PM or on non-business days: Funds will be credited on the next business day.
